Йеменско хлебче, което повече прилича на баница =)

 


This Yemeni flatbread is layered and folded with butter/ghee from the inside. 
It’s crunchy from outside and layered and soft from inside. 

Ingredients: 
6 cups all-purpose flour 2 1/2 to 3 cups 
water or as needed (Dough needs to soft ) 1/4 cup 
oil or olive oil 1/2 cup 
melted brown butter or ghee 1 tsp 
salt 1/4 tsp 
yeast 
Black seeds to taste 

Ingredients in grams: 750 g flour 320 g to 384 g water 2.83 g yeast 59g olive oil 113 g butter
